Backwoods®™ Jerky Seasonings have been delighting customers since 1991. We make it simple with our easy to follow instructions and pre-measured cure in every package. Marinate strips or mix with ground meat and use with our famous Jerky Cannon!

• Cajun: A bayou classic - a blend of celery, onion & cayenne pepper.
• Jalapeno: Experience the fiery flavor of this Mexican pepper.
• Cracked Pepper: Cracked peppercorns add a kick. Contains mustard.
• Teriyaki: Strong hints of brown sugar give this popular Asian blend a sweet finish. Contains MSG.

Jerky Making, Deliciously Simple!

We make jerky the easiest way: with the LEM Jerky Cannon or Jerky Gun. You can also cut (with the grain) and marinate the meat, placing the cut meat on a rack & pan.

Cook at low heat in your oven or in a meat dehydrator. Don't worry - the Cure (included with LEM Seasonings) makes cooking at low temps safe while adding color and flavor.

Freeze homemade jerky after 2 weeks, as there are no chemicals or preservatives - which is why we always make our own!
