Use & Care:
Care:
- Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water.
- Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening.
- Metal utensils, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners should not be used on nonstick surfaces.
- Flip each pancake with a non-metal utensil. We recommend using a wooden skewer or plastic fork.
How To Make Ebelskivers:
- Preheat pan on medium low heat. Dot each cavity with butter, then fill each cavity 2/3 full with batter.
- Add 1-2 Tbsp of filling, pushing it down into the batter until it's fully hidden. Cook about 1 minute.
- Turn with a wooden skewer or plastic utensil and cook for another 1-1.5 minutes. Enjoy with syrup and butter!
